Coffee here... it's okay, truly depends on the barista, so it's kinda hit or miss. The smoothie here was made by a smoothie mix... which is not my cup of tea. Some other places use real fruits and yogurt/ milk, less sugary. Read more

Very pricey for amount. She messed up my order and added so much ice in my frappé that half of it was in the blender and the... iced frap ended up being watered down coffee flavoured milk. Coffee is great but I'm disappointed with the ground beans I just bought. Their grinding machine must be broken as the grounds I... received are big and grainy instead of small and smooth (ground at #3). Too bad though as it's near my house but I'm notchancing getting a bad batch again. Read more

Terrible experience at this location. Went back to the side to ask for a glass of water after putting in a 20$ order 2 minutes... before. Was told to order at the cash. When we tried to explain that we had already ordered, the guy got extremely rude and said"this is what you call a rush". He filled the cup but left it at the end of the queue of all the other cups that were coffeebeverages that were going to be prepared. This is unheard of. Read more

Honestly, I went for a coffee and for the entire 10 minutes I was in line, the manager was hovering over the employees and... berating them in the most condescending dehumanizing manner. I was so uncomfortable, I walked to Starbucks. The employeescouldn?t have been more miserable if they were in a concentration camp. If you like Second Cup?s coffee, there?s one 7 minutesaway that doesn?t abuse their minimum wage workers. Read more
