Decent cuppaccino & brewed coffee but consistently dry, and unappetizing muffins, cakes. Am still disappointed that they chose... this hospital decor for the interior 5/6 years ago. Not cozy in winter or comfortable in summer-most people prefer to sitoutside. Cant blame this on Covid as they changed the decor well before 2020. Not sure what they were thinking to make a coffeeplace look like a medical clinic (?) Laval needs more coffee places, as there is not enough competition. How can you fail so badly at making coffe when your a coffe shop... Asked for a double expresso long... I got a cup full, was... almost as much as a can of soda. I wash shocked told the girl thats not my order and of corse in their great glorious service,the customer is never right apparently, she gave me attitude telling me that the way its should be because thats the way themachine spits it out.... Straight into the garbage and never again. Impressive how they can still be in business afterwitnessing this. Read more
There is a woman there who does a killer coffee. I took the oat milk latte and it taste so dense, so creamy and the delicious... burnt taste of the coffee. I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for an amazing coffee. Their snacks have been myall time favourite from different coffee spots. Worth a shot! Read more

I think this is why Starbucks is kicking Second Cup?s a@@. It was confusing from the beginning, not sure if it?s because there... were lots of people and they work better with a slower flow. We ordered coffee and sandwich combos, picked our sandwiches buthad to go back to the front of the line to pick them up and give them to the counter. Then we placed a coffee order and weren?tsure where and when to pick them up. They don?t need to write the names on the cups like Starbucks does but there has to be anunderstanding from the customer went to pick up the drinks. There seem to be a lot of stuff with each other to create a flow. Itwas confusing for us and imagine it was the same for others that were waiting in line. With pumpkin lattes pumping out, how doyou know which one is your order. I thought the staff worked hard to make the effort but they fell short. So they get an extrastar for that. Was delivered the wrong coffee but they corrected it immediately! Sandwiches were toasted but cold inside. An okay café to sit. At least they have vegan options (though very few!) - however, it's impersonal and not cozy at all. They... should put some different furniture like a small couch or comfortable chairs. Read more
