For the 2nd time, the fries and chicken were cold and dry.. never again in Carrefour Laval
I ordered a gyro chicken salad, and halfway through my meal I noticed 2 pieces of raw chicken. I brought the plate back, the... person did not even open the container to examine the chicken, and just threw it in the garbage. Offered to give me a new plate,I declined. Offered to comp me my next free meal and I also declined. At the very minimum, he should have at least refunded themeal. I’m pregnant so this was very concerning to me. its sad to see that most people who review are the ones with bad experiences, I've been eating here for years and the food is... always fresh, tasty, and consistent. Each time I visit their are line-ups and around 4 staff on hand which proves that they haveregular customers and are served in a quick manner. Keep up the good work! Read more

I have to agree with Tara. The food court was not busy at all last night at 8:00 PM and our food was dry and cold. Our french... fries were cold too.The tsatziki was so thick and who knows how long it had been made. the salad was not even cut properly andtasted old as well. What a shame we spent $40 and to be so disappointed. I will never return. Read more
