I don't know if it's this location, but the food was very disappointing. The quality is no way as good as before. Chicken was... very dry (and it was even dark meat), grilled chicken was ho-hum, and the steak was OK but very small for the price. Read more

We ordered take out (kid meal, quarter chicken meal wirh salad and grilled chicken wrap). We waited 30 minutes for the... order. When we got home, I opened the box and saw that they had given me fries with the chicken and also givene a salad. Itturns out that they charged me extra for the salad and given me fries I didn't want. The salad was wilted and not verygood. The chicken wrap was very disappointing. Small amd without much chicken, it was way overpriced for what it was. Thechicken was okay. We would have gotten more for our money just getting a rotisserie chicken at Metro or IGA. Drove through for club sandwich and chicken filets meals. Awful customer service to start with..lady at the window was way too... busy chatting with her fellow colleagues than welcoming me and paying attention. I did howver got her attention when it was timeto pay. For the food, it was cold (beyond limits), the "club" filled with unripe tomatoes (green tomato caps)...and the chickenfilets...pinkish..not to say bloody or clearly not cooked enough. Ordered food twice within 3 days, food was missing both times. First time it was the ribs and extra bread in the chicken and... ribs plate on a larger order so it wasn't so bad, this time the order was a burger and cheese sticks. The actual burger wasmissing. They sent only fries and cheese sticks in a big box. Just a big pile of fries and no burger. Read more
