Good sushi and nice staff, but I was told that they "don't treat allergies after 4 pm" and found 2 sesame seeds in my sushi... after stating clearly that I'm allergic to sesame seeds. I've never been told about this rule at other sushi shop locations.They were nice enough to remake my order, but I find this rule to be rather unfair to people with allergies. Should we not beable to eat sushi after 4 pm just because we have allergies? Read more
I ordered take out over the phone. The staff had great customer service. The establishment is clean. My order was accurate. Food... is a bit pricey but the quality is there. Would recommend. Read more
Ok when 'Mom' and her girls are working here, it's run as an efficient and top notch service sushi provider. All employees are... very nice. Suffice it say they have the best intentions however I notice when the ownership is not present, they seem slightlydisorganized and slow. Even if you call ahead and show up as suggested you'll wait significantly the minute someone is ahead ofyou. Processing payments seems to take very long. I notice one associate just standing around and not proactively showing anyinitiative to get the orders packaged up and the customer on their way so the next one can be served! She needs to be told toget a move on! They need to improve their sense of urgency. As for the sushi, it is well prepared, fresh, and tasty. Nocomplaints there. Read more
Very good sushi, you can custom your sushi as you want with every ingredients. Good taste, good quality, fresh sushi made on the... spot. Price is fair tho except the poke bowl is a little more expensive than i think it should be. Something that really upsetme is they charge you for the spicy mayo 0,50$ even when you have a 30$+ order. But like i said very good sushi. Been therereguarly and never been disapointed with the quality. Read more
Very bad service and the staff is super rude to customers. I mentioned before ordering the poke bowl that I was not able to eat... spicy food and she put hot mayo on it. I asked them to change it but the cashier said no since I did not mention it beforeordering. I couldn?t it my food! What a waste of money Read more
