What a deception! The General Tao was awful, the fried chicken was deep fried in stale oil. The veggies had a frozen smell, but... the rice was acceptable! No way close to the General Tao I order in other Thai Express locations!Staff were friendly, but thefront man overlooking the business has no sense of customer service! Workers were friendly, sadly the food was horrible. Severely undercooked, under spiced.

The customer service was good. The team making the food seemed coordinated and worked efficiently. However, the food wasn?t as... great. There were chunks of noodles stock together at the bottom of the General Tao as well as in the spicy soup. Then, theyforgot to include the order if fried raviolis. Fortunately the manager took responsibility of the mistake and offered a solutionthat ended up working well. Other than that, the fried banana was delicious, as well as the mango ice cream. The food is not well prepared at all,I had about 5 tableapoons of oil in my pad thai. The shrimps are so mushy and tasteless... that I just spit them out! Totally dispointed the fried rice had no taste at all , the rice had nothing of soy sauce and the taste was weird.

Not a single thing that I ordered was right. I ordered a green curry. Got it red. Even when I told him 3-4 times. I am literally... ordering a basic item off their menu. The cashier charges me more for my meal. I tell him I'm missing a dollar. He tells me no it's all good. I calculate the price... again and I tell him that I really am missing a dollar. He punches it in his cash register and realizes he's wrong. So far I candeal with that. Then they get my order wrong. I let them know nicely. Then the cashier passive-agressively tells me that's notwhat I said (even though they charged me more for it). And then they take the same chicken that was in my plate to prepare mymeal.
