Very slow service in the restaurant even though there seemed to be a lot of employees on duty. They seemed to give priority to... the drive through. A customer who ordered right after us asked for a refund because he felt they were too busy to serve him. Read more

Do NOT come here. This is the Worst Tim Hortons ive ever gone to. Every time I come here I regret it. Food tastes horrible,... staff makes mistakes on every order, sometimes drive through takes nearly 30 minutes to give you an order. My iced coffee didnteven have ice by the time I got the the window. The packaging is always DIRTY. File a complaint to the tim hortons franchise andhopefully changes will happen. Read more

The store is basically never opened (only the drive thru is the only option) and 2/3 the coffee has no flavor. But the food is... normally ok. Read more

Literally the worst service ever. We waited in the drive through for 10-15 minutes with 3 cars in front and 5 behind (no way to... get out). They didn?t even take 1 ORDER. I finally go inside to place my order and my driver stayed in the line and there?s aton of workers just standing around and nobody wants to take my order or make eye contact, finally I see they took 1 order fromthe cars outside. I tell them we?ve been waiting and the girl says ?ya it just wasn?t working? but wouldn?t say what wasn?tworking. Then they take my order but don?t know what an everything bagel/plein gout bagel is. I tell them in french and they ask3 employees what it is. They still got it wrong and gave me a 12 grain bagel. She smiles and says ?oh that wasn?t what youwanted?? And then we wait for another employee to give me a refund and she said they could make me another one but at this pointmy trust in these people is low. I?m sorry to say this but they weren?t short staffed or anything just IQ was missing. Also theygave me the wrong amount for the refund (they refunded my muffin instead of bagel). I didn?t even want to go back and ask foranything more because the line inside was now until the door. Read more

Wow, do not come walking early morning! Placed order online, as it says they open at 5am and nothing on their app specifies that... only drive thru is open, came to closed door. Ridiculous! Why people have to wait until all cars get served to get their order(it?s not like people in cars let you pass instead they look at you as if you?re a weirdo)?! Made a remark and got a look andnothing else from workers. No wonder this specific TM has only 3.5 rating? Read more

Tim Hortons workers always find new ways to surprise me. It seems as though a maximum IQ of 50 is a requisite for a job here. I... asked for a chipotle chicken wrap without cheese, and was told ?there?s no cheese in the wrap?. I know this not to be true giventhat I?ve ordered this exact meal dozens of times, but I said ok. As expected, I get a sandwich wrapped looser than American gunlaws, containing a beautiful slice of cheese. There is no way they can mess up the order so often. It has to be deliberatebecause I refuse to believe such inept people live in the same society as me. Read more
