Horrible service. The line up has been up to the entrance for for the last 20 min or so. I have been waiting for a ham and... cheese sandwich for the past 15 minutes now. It's not rocket science, even if it's busy. The place is staffed by a bunch ofteenagers which seem to be all over the place but don't look like they have a clue what they are doing. I guess there was nomoney left for competent staff after the recent renovation. I won't be back anytime soon! Read more
Please, for the love of god, don't put A-Tram working during week-days and lame supervisors during weekends... A supervisor,... that can't manage its team workflow, and roll her eyes when you ask for a family orders... They were only 2 employees... so the waiting time was long.
Good service enough employees on the job for the customers to appreciate their coffee quietly.
Nasty, trash overflowing, dirty tables, sticky floors. I was given an old donut (hard), manager walked to his fancy car as if... nothing is wrong. Inspection needs to go there ASAP. Read more
Really nice and friendly staff, They prepared a customized vegetarian sandwich for me ???????? and it is delicious ????
I wish I could give less than 1 star, the service is super super super super bad please check on ur stuff before opening a store
