This used to be the best Tim Hortons. Not sure what has happened over the last couple of months but it takes 20 minutes just to... order a coffee. The staff are rude and argue with each other in front of customers. When you do order it isn?t what you wanted. Read more
I reached at night it shows its open but it is closed came here for nothing lol
Took 15 min just to order a drink and get it. 5 employees inside, but only one cashier and many angry customers.

Just came home and from there and checked order. Ordered BLT bagel, got sausage egg bagel. So you have to be watched to ensure a... proper order. UNACCEPTABLE. Read more
Went 2 weeks ago. Don?t know if modifications were made since, but would greatly benefit from using one door as entrance and the... other as exit with visible and defined instructions. It was easy to get crowded at the door while ppl were waiting in line to beserved and others were trying to exit. Please add more staff to improve service speed both inside and drive through. Food anddrink were as expected for this chain restaurant. Read more
Service was good. I just wonder, if employees share the same washroom as the customers. Because, the man's washroom sink faucet... has not been properly fonctional after renovations, the faucet feels like little to no water coming out and you can notproperly wash your hands. Read more
