Very disappointed with what I received today! Tim horton's used to be my go to breakfast. I ordered many items including 18... donuts today morning but just received 12. Hope something will be taken into consideration and they will fix their mistake. Read more
I went drive through and asked for a med ice cap and a vanilla donut. On their menu, they call it "beigne trempé à la... vanille". I must have repeated it 20x. She asked me: Vanille française? No!!!! A vanilla donut. She says ok. I get to thewindow. I'm handed a bag and my ice cap. As I am leaving, I check in the bag... she gave me milk!?!?!? I had to go in to get mydonut. She said oh yes I made a mistake and hands me another bag. I shouldve checked cause I got a strawberry donut instead!???? How difficult is it to get the order right?! Read more
