I used to always have problems when placing mobile orders but they have really improved their service and I am happy.
Worst Tim I have seen! They are not able to take a proper order!!! Took a dozen of donuts with 3 maple glazed donuts and 2... Mapled Boston donuts: arriving at work they were not even in my box!!! With the 20 Timbits that were not the ones I asked for!If I could, I would not even give one star! And it took the lady at least 7 minutes to take my order! Read more
I ordered a crispy habanero wrap, a cream of brocoli and a drink. The wrap was very good and filling. The cream of brocoli... wasn't on point today, it looked more like a soup of brocoli, it was watery. Read more

Ordered today at 1:39pm Sainte-Dorothee location. They usually get my order wrong, but this time was so unacceptable that I had... to leave a review. My bagel was completely burnt to a crisp and hard like a rock. And to top it off, the timbits were stale.This is a prime location with plenty of traffic through the store non stop. How do the timbits even have time to get stale? Andhow does an employee even dare to put cream cheese on a bagel this black and serve it to a customer? Horrible. Used to be one of the most efficient and reliable Tim. Now for a while they make mistakes EVERY SINGLE TIME i go there for basic... stuff, no weird or picky order. Ask for a simple grilled cheese, no matter how many cars in front, they make me wait on theother side of the building for it. And litterally NONE of the employees in weekdays pm can speak english or french, so no wonderthey can't take an order. I don't really blame them as i do the management of the place. Ordered a small ice cap and a Boston cream donut through the drive-thru area around 10:40am. The ice cap was fine but... unfortunately the donut was not fresh. You can tell from biting into the donut that it was a day old. It?s a great convenientlocation, but I?ll know next time not to order their donuts. Read more
