The service is not always the best. Eveytime I ask for a certain donut or bagel they dont have it. Some days when the service is... bad you can see the workers are younger teenagers. When the service is good you'll see it's because there's an older person(more responsible) working there. Read more
I passed by this Tim Hortons the other day and I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of customer service. Most of the... employees are young energetic Canadians with big smiles.
