Absolutely horrible service tonight. My group was there 2 hours. We waited 45 minutes for our ice cream and tea after our meals... before we decided to leave without our tea or our desert. While we were paying another lady also came up to complain. Also ourfood wasn?t distributed evenly among everyone at the table either and it was like our group just got the scraps of the othergroups meals. We were never offered more drinks after our glasses were taken and our waiter was never at our table. Our cooknever even interacted with our side of the table either. We came for an anniversary dinner and we?re completely disappointed. Wewill never return to this location due to the very poor service. Read more
Overall we are very pleased with our experience at this restaurant. The food was great, the service was fast and efficient and... more particularly the chef named Ron was amazing! He was humorous, engaged well with the table, was very entertaining andexcellent at preparing the food. We have no complaints and will definitely recommend it and go back again. Read more
Made reservations, arrived on time and had to wait 30+ minutes to be seated. The food and show was pretty good, but the English... was not. To be fair my party was sort of fussy with their food orders and had never been to this style of dining. But no one onstaff was able to explain the experience. I loved all the flames and my dish was yummy. Upset at the end because they told us touse the native status card (to remove tax) we have to tell them before eating. And the hostess said "usually when You Peoplecome you know" well no this was our first time here I wasn't aware I needed to notify every one of my race when I entered. Read more
