Worst experience at any subway ever. They're cheap on the vegetables they put in your sandwich (6 slices of cucumber and 4... tomatoes for a footlong?!), I only asked for 4 different veggies and had to constantly tell them to fill in the gaps in mysandwich. Bought the combo with cookies, noticed 2 minutes after I left that they didn't give me my cookies so I turned aroundand went back. Girl proceeded to call me a liar and said no to giving me back what I paid for! I am utterly shocked at how bad Iwas treated and regret giving them any money. Please Read more

Actually i visit yesterday night to that subway. And the lady which was working there at that time was too rude????????? i said... to her to putt mayonnaise but she didn?t listen to me..I don?t know what was wrong with her..i think you people should fire her. Read more

Wish I could give 0 stars... 1 is way too much, I usually never complain, but horrible, just horrible customer service. Placed a... mobile order and the lady didn't like that I placed my order with PayPal for whatever reason (which is supported by the subwayapp btw) and I was pretty much forced to cancel it and re-place it without the promotion with her, which clearly I didn't do,cancelled it and bounced. So yeah... support local restaurants just not this one. Read more

I like the fact that it's right next to my College and the place is kept very clean. However, today was the day I got... disappointed of the customer service. It was #WorldSandwichDay, One sub and a 21oz. drink and you get a FREE sub AND donate ameal to Food Banks Canada. My friend and I both ordered 12" subs and a 21oz. At first, I thought that the offer would only applyto 6" subs, but after a Direct Message on Twitter with Subways Canada, I was told that this offer applies to all sized subs,paninis and grilled wraps. However, when arrived at checkout, we were charged for both subs and the 21oz. Trying to explain thesituation only resulted in poor gramar and nonsense from the cashier... The poor service is mainly from what I think is theowner (some latina/mexican woman), but some of the other staffs are all right. Apart from that, no complaints from the food,which is why I go there most of the time with friends or when I don't have a lunch. Read more
