Horrible Service! I would never go back to this establishment. They Messed Up everyones order including mine. For a Place 15-20... employees they need a expeditor. If I owned this Dunkin Donuts they would all be sent off to hospitality school and jobtraining?.. Read more
Had an amazing experience!! Very fast and friendly service. And the customer service that the manager Will showed me was some of... the best I have ever experienced at Dunkin Donuts(for which I have been to many). He was able to answer ALL of my questions onnot just the ingredients and quality of the food but also helped me find the calorie counts as well, which is VERY important tome because of my restrictive diet. DEFINITELY gonna go back because of the manager Will and all of the other super niceemployees. Read more
Honestly the place is a good coffee shop. Personally I believe Linda is the biggest reason why this review is getting one star.... She sits around while the other employees do all the work. She is extremely rude to the customers including myself. If you?regoing to go to this location, make sure she is not there, it?s really the only issue. Read more
I went in on Saturday, 6/8, around 9:40 (they close at 10) and I was told AS I WALKED IN ?We don?t have coffee, only tea.? I... suggest you don?t go here after 9:30 because they clean the coffee pots 30 minutes before closing! This shift is extremely lazy!Wish I could put 0 stars. Read more
