Man, what is going on with this establishment show up 30 minutes before they close and it?s closed I will sure be calling... corporate tomorrow if any of you guys at work at this location this is very wrong and corporate will be hearing about this. It?snot fair that people wanna grab a bite and then show up somewhere where they advertise that it?s open just to show up to seethat it is closed. Just stopped by at 11pm, on October 1st, mind you online says they are open till midnight. Don't believe those lies! Pull up... and the lady says we don't have any cooks, so we are closed for the night. Wth! Seriously, then what are you doing there,standing there? Awful. The employee didn't tell me they were out of the kids toy, sold me the kids meal anyway I walk inside to ask for the toy... then she said "oh we're out " lady why didn't you tell me this prior to me paying for the kids meal. The whole point i boughtthe kids meal was for the toy. All I got was a sorry and a smile. You need to be retrained lady. Read more

Well what can I say it just seems like they don?t care about their customers, because they keep on giving a 1 star customer... service and it looks like the manager at this restaurant don?t give a dam about losing customers or getting bad reviews. Today Iwent there at 12:23 noon and Giselle (order taker) sounded like she just didn?t want to be there. As I got to the windows shewasn?t friendly(you lost points there) then by the time she handed me the sodas( they weren?t marked) I asked her which one wasthe Diet Coke, her response (which was the highlight of why I?m giving you a bad review) her response was?
