Been here before and things were just ok. This time I ordered 2 tostadas to go and they piled them on top of each other in one... box. What a mess! Also, I asked for some red sauce and they couldn't give me a couple of the ones the lady was prefillingright in front of me. She told me to go to the salsa bar. This is a California burrito. French fries were bad, cheese I think was located at the all of the bottom because they might be... rationing the last of the meat and speaking of meat meat of course feels like it?s in soup water all day (soggy). Quality of the food is lacking. We moved to Laveen in February. We go here about 3-4 times per week. We have a family of 4 so we... spend allot of money here on a weekly basis and my favorite is the carne asada fries. They have always been great but the lastdozen times we have come here they have gone down hill and everytime it's the same, the fries are completely raw. They arecompletely undercooked. I have brought this up multiple times when we go back and they always tell me, 'oh not these cooks, theywill be good tonight, these cooks are good, must be the other cooks'. I have never asked for anything free I just have alwaysmade them aware hoping they would cook them all the way threw but it still comes out raw, including tonight. I am done cominghere as they can't seem to get the easiest meal right. Quality control is very much lacking! No wonder why they had all those signs about refunds and comment contact numbers. A long... wait for yes, hot food but very poor quality. Burrito wasn?t even wrapped and had a big hole just horrible(burnt tortilla thatjust melts flaking in you) ! The kid?s meal wasn?t even cut, fries had no salt and churro was sugarless??
