Getting pizza on Halloween night around 9. There was a lot of people and they had to close doors due to high demand and closing... time coming up. My only complaint on how they handled this was they would open the door to serve a few people but quickly shutthe door on others. They told us to pick up from window and everyone there went to line up. But then they would serve people whowalked up and as others approached tried to ignore us. Would not have a big problem I'd they just treated everyone the same. Butthey tried at the window, to fix our phone order. So good still. Read more
Not only did I receive a pizza I didn?t order but the dough was RAW. I?m having to put it in the oven so that it?s edible. Check... out the way the pizza looks from the top!!! How are you going to let that leave the restaurant??? Not to mention the way the boxlooks after I took the pizza out. Ugh! Never again. Read more
Went inside completed my order was told it?s be ready 15 min and I could pick up in Drive thru. When I pulled up in drive it was... closed due to short staff. Manager on staff let me know my order still wasn?t ready, I pulled away and parked and mentioned Ihad my daughter in the car. Shortly after I saw the manager I believe or who ever was in charge that day come to my car with myorder. Thank you so much for making my evening easier. I will never buy from this location again! I bought two hot and ready early as soon as they opened. Ate some from one box and... put the other one away. I didn?t know why bu ti threw up all the pizza I ate and later when I checked on the other pizza it hadmold all over it! Read more
Thought I'd enjoy the sunshine took a 15 minute walk down to the store, order the three meat deep dish. I probably should have... checked it before I left, but I guess I was expecting too much of these employees.. got back to the house it's just a pepperoni. I tried calling the store no one ever picks up let it ring for 10 minutes on three different calls, just keep saying to orderonline what's the point of having a phone number if nobody picks up. Go somewhere else there's barrows, Peter Piper, and PizzaHut in the same area avoid this store. Read more
I went in person to pick up pizza and breadsticks for my son and I and I see the sign saying no wings or breadsticks SMH. So I... just order a regular pepperoni pizza. We ordered online tonight. We were missing all of the sauces which were more than half the items we ordered. We ordered a pizza,... crazy combo, cheese bread and 8 cups of sauce. None of the sauces came and for some reason no one decided to even cut the cheesebread. I was upset but still ok until I tried to call to get it fixed. I was on hold for 22 minutes because no one would answerthe help line and that was after I had already called the store several times and it just kept ringing and no one would pick up.After I FINALLY got someone to help me she said I would be getting a refund but when I asked how much was being refunded shesaid "I don't know" ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? I'm missing stuff from my order and you can't tell me how much I am being refundedbecause you guys messed up!? She responded with "the return department will determine that". What does that even mean? I didn'tget my stuff. Your customer service is ridiculous after you are the ones who made a mistake. I can understand and get overmistakes because we are all human. What I can't get over is the HORRIBLY sad excuse for "customer service". I will never orderfrom you again.
