The employees here are great, friendly, and work very hard. The management on the other hand, is a different story. I stop by... after a workout to get some protein. Google says they open at 10am and the sign at their front door reads that they open at10am. At 10:10 their door is still locked and eventually someone comes out and tells me that none of the food is cooked and Iwill have to come back later. Again, this is not an issue with the employees at Panda. The management is either complacent orsimply does not care. Based on other reviews here, this place needs new management. I waited for 30 minutes for black pepper chicken, but when it became ready, I had to wait again because they took people after... me so there was no more fried rice. No apologies, no discounts, no refund. This was definitely the poorest customer serviceI've experienced in AZ thus far! Oh and the food is mediocre at best Read more
Delicious as usual? I ordered half fries rice, other half Lo mein. Honey walnut shrimp, beef and broccoli, teriyaki chicken?... everything was perfect. They forgot my chicken teriyaki but I went black.. they fixed my order immediately without hesitation. Itruly appreciate that. I went home a happy camper. On Tuesday I went to panda for lunch and when I got home long story short the food was not fresh. I called the supervisor Alyssa... said she will replace my order. Cool. On Thursday I went there to get my replacement (today) and the orange chicken was raw. Icalled and Alyssa assured me that would provide me with another replacement. The 2nd worse experience ever at a Panda Express, the other was the last time at this location about 3 years ago. Pic is of my... 3rd lrg entree of brocc. & beef, sweet fire chicken was 60% small pieces of just breading & chow mein noodles soaked in oilalong with approx half an onion....to include the onion skin that's normally removed. One of the worst experience I?ve ever had at panda! Waited over 20 minutes in line, once I tried to order they really didn?t... have anything in menu.
