We visited this location on 09/10/2022 for a good meal while we were in town. While the customer service was outstanding, the... food was subpar for this chain restaurant. Our waiter, David, was fantastic and had a great sense of humor. He was very helpfuland attentive. Our food was hot, but not cooked to our specifications. I ordered an Outlaw Ribeye cooked medium rare andbroccoli with cheese as a side. What I received is a steak cooked medium well. The broccoli had only a few shreds of cheesemelted on it and looked quite sad on the plate. It?s as if no pride was taken in the preparation of this meal. Buttercup ordereda filet cooked medium well with broccoli and cheese as a side. Her steak was cooked well done with the same sad broccoli andcheese. Her steak was also heavily peppered. More than normal. Our waiter brought us out a side of shredded cheese, but that wasnot the same as broccoli topped with melted cheese that one would expect when ordering broccoli with cheese. Our salads weredelicious though. We are not in the habit of sending food back to the kitchen unless it is really bad because if a cook orwaiter takes offense, ?things happen? to your food. A charming dining experience from beginning to end. The staff was personable and professional. The food was delicious.
You have to get the chicken salad with strawberries. Wow, the flavor combo with the dressing and seasoning of the chicken was... so good. I loved it. Our server, Kaitlyn, was so friendly and kind. Excellent food, phenomenal service and a great atmosphere. It's been years since my wife and I have stepped foot in a LongHorn... Steakhouse, and we were pleasantly surprised! The food portions were great, my medium Sirloin steak was a true medium, and mywife thoroughly enjoyed her Rockwell grilled jumbo shrimp. Our server, Christopher was exceptional; our drinks never went emptyand he visited the table to check on us just the right amount. 10/10 would come back. Read more

Nicely prepared meal. Exceptional dinner salad. The steak was cooked to my specifications which I consider difficult because it... is difficult to say. I have found medium-rare as a specification to be more ?Well done? than ?rare? yet is don?t want it rare,by definition so I usually ask for ?Rare-Med? and watch to see if they seem to understand what I mean. In this case they nailedit. I got it with the lobster tail and that felt like a nice balance it was cooked and presented well. The baked potato sidewas prepared nicely and was tasty with bacon, cheese, onion and sour cream. The service at the bar was spot on, friendly andprofessional. The missing star is because I found the meal to be a bit heavy on the salt. The steak did not seem to be oversalted, but both the potato and the lobster seemed to be a little heavy on the salt. Now I don?t generally salt my food so I maybe a bit sensitive to it, but I think anyone would notice. Just a note to be aware. The food is the reason we come! The service, presentation and decor are standard, but nothing really sticks out as bad or good.... Go for a great steak or the Signature Salad! You won't be disappointed! We also love the stuffed mushrooms appetizer - mmmmm! Read more
Casey and Nikita are the best servers in the place! As frequent guests, they always have our drinks ready when they see us walk... in the door, and know our dinner order perfectly! Have only ever had to send back a steak one time for being overcooked on avery busy night, but it didn't take long for it to come back out correct. They really care about their patrons and endeavor tomake it a pleasant evening along with a lot of laughs and smiles. Definitely recommend! Read more
