Went through and ordered the nugget meal got to the window it was over $10 I was shocked. The guy at the window was like I know... it's crazy it's almost cheaper to go eat at longhorn. Pulled to the second window found out he had charged me for a large meal.I didn't want that much nor did I ask for a large and he didn't ask what size. My food was cold I could even eat it. We went here thinking it wouldn?t take long for our food on a Sunday afternoon. We were 3rd in line and we waited 18 minutes for... our food. The guest behind us got his food before we did but it didn?t bother me because we had a larger order than he did. Whenwe went to make our drinks, they did not have any large lids, and they were out of ketchup at the dispenser. The Dr.Pepper wasclear (I?m guessing carbonated). The food was ?good? and the fries were hot. The restaurant itself, was atrocious. I lost countat the flies buzzing around. If I didn?t know any better I?d say they were raising them. Only 1 trash can was available. Theother didn?t have a bag in it and already had several things inside. There was some liquid in front of the trash can and it washard to see at an angle. While I was at the counter waiting for ketchup, a lady from outside came in and asked where her foodwas at because she had been waiting 15 minutes. I was told to pull into a spot and wait for them to bring my food. Every spot stayed full for the 24 MINUTE span I sat there.... With people constantly getting out of their cars and going in to ask where in gods name their food was. After watching so manypeople do this, I figured there was no point in going in myself because I?m sure it was a nightmare. I sat there 24 mins andleft without receiving my food because it just wasn?t worth it. This experience was awful. If the problem was beingunderstaffed, then you should close for the day. Went through drive thru, large fries $3.49.. 1/2 full. Burgers lpatties ook like they had been sitting and over cooked. This... use to be a good macdonald a few years ago.. the person that answered the phone was very nice n apologized saying they were tobe filled. and since we were already home with the food, he said there is nothing he could do. I just told him, if they aregoing to charge 3.49 for fries at least fill them 5o open the containers and put fries in them. He then asked for my name fornext time I come. I don't want to come back. 3.00 for 2 burgers 3.49 for fries? It was our fault for not seeing the price orwe would not have ordered them. Ore-ida fast food fries pn sale 25 at grocery. Upon arrival we were greeted nothing really pleasant just how can I help you. My husband said a mcchicken then I said and the 2... for $2.39 sausage he then said and the $2.39 sausage biscuits. We waited for a little while I believe we said a word or two toeach other, then heard the other drive thru person closing up an order to our right. My husband said hello? The young lady saidyes. He said are we finished? She replied I?m waiting on you. He said we ordered. I previously said 2 sausage biscuits Then Shesaid and a chicken biscuit He said yes We drove to the first window where she a young black female was mumbling I?m not dealingwith this this morning arguing with me (something along those lines) then the other young white female came from behind andlooked out at us in our car so I took a picture of them since I didn?t see name tags. She handed us back our card with thewhite young lady still staring at us no one said good morning or thank you. Which we didn?t expect with the level of servicethey were providing. We went to the next window to pick up our food. The woman was about to hand us our food then said let mecheck to make sure all 3 sandwiches are in here. Gave us our bag and said thank you have a blessed day with a smile. Thank youCRYSTAL for the five star service. That was rude and I don?t believe the standard of this McDonald?s corporation. The kid at the second window was very friendly n great smile. The manager Erica was the sweetest manager i have seen. I came at... a great time.. young man stay with that sweet personality cuz working there in that window will take a toll on ur spirit.. And iwas NOT asked to park n wait for my food.
