Pizza usually undercooked. Horrible organization, they usually lose my order. Is never delivered on time. Last time I ordered... the delivery was cancelled after an hour and a half of waiting and I had to fight to get a refund. Read more

WHAT A JOKE!! My daughter in law made an order online of 2 pizzas some wings and a large cookie dessert. I went and picked up... the order for her. Both pizzas were supposed to be pepperoni and sausage. One only had 4 pepperonis (large) and the other onehad pretty much no cheese on it. The wings looked ok but they forgot to put the cookie in the oven. As I'm waiting for thecookie I was approached by a lady who introduced herself as the owner, Sallie Hensley. The tone in her voice couldn't beanymore rude when she faked apologized for the mess up. I stepped to the side to let other people approach the register girl.The owner, SALLIE HENSLEY maybe thought I left when I overheard her use my name and say I was lying and just ate the pepperonito get a discount which is funny because i never left the store. I've also been in here a few times before. Literally everytimei was there Sallie was too. I overheard obscene accusations from SALLIE about a hairstylist next door named Megan trying tosleep with her husband Jason. Customers that just left were being made fun of BY THE OWNER and her employees all seemed upset.It's a very toxic environment. I can overlook the food mistakes but the constant ridicule of her Customers and employees is justas pathetic as she is. Sallie is a nasty tempered woman who has NO RIGHT owning that place. I recorded her saying these thingsas well and had them sent to corporate as I've never been more sickened by a single person. Get help Sallie. Seriously. Read more
Ordered online, after checking out wait time was estimated at 90 mins. We didn't get to try the pizza as we went in and... cancelled the order due to the extended wait time. Drove straight to Papa John's in Toccoa and the order was ready by the timewe arrived. Read more

We had a pretty long day and it was last minute dinner decision around 9:40 when I put our order in for a sausage and pepperoni... with mushroom epic stuffed crust. They close at 10 and It was about 10:20 when the driver came and he had a friendly demeanorand smile even though we had him working late. I was very pleasantly surprised. What a good guy. And what an awesome pizza. Itwas perfectly cooked and nicely presented and it was so delicious. We've been scarred by the nasty pizza hut in Lavonia so thePapa John's experience was 100% better.
