I have no words for how horribly wrong our experience went ???? basically ended up being forced to take and pay for a salad we... didn't even want. Tried multiple times to correct the order but to no resolution then asked at the window to just take the saladoff and even that was too complicated for the staff tonight. So I still do not have Food I can eat and was charged for the foodthey insisted we take. I wanted traditional wings all drums in teriyaki. I first have to say I am more of a Chick-fil-A kind of guy. I decided to eat here for lunch today. I normally get a salad when... I have eaten at Zaxby's in the past, but decided to get the 3 piece nibbler lunch special. I was really disappointed! Thechicken pieces were small and dried up. The buns were almost stale and way too big for the small pieces of chicken. Needlessto say I will go back to a salad if and when I come here again. I will say the staff was very friendly and was working onkeeping the inside clean so that was on a positive note. I just wish the food was better at this location. Read more

The food was on point for Zaxby's, no complaints there. The dining area was nice and clean and their service quick and friendly.... I asked for the large Wings & Things and was told that it wasn't an option. Can't say that I have ever been to a Zaxby's thatdidn't have the large option. Just glancing at the menu, it looks like the menu has gotten smaller with fewer options. The food was very good- on par with what you should expect from any Zaxby?s. However, the customer experience was not. The... sweet tea dispenser was missing when I arrived and was still missing when I left about 40 minutes later. There were no napkinsin either dispenser and none were included on my tray. I did not get in line to ask for any because the line was too long. Lastly, the young man who waited on me was courteous enough, but clearly wasn?t expecting to work that day. In 53 years I have never been to a worst fast food restaurant. You will think I am exaggerating. Literally ever trash can inside... and outside were flowing over with trash. Some didn't have trash bags in it still full. They claimed they didn't have somefryers working but employees were standing around talking and joking behind counters and in cooking area. Only one soft drinkwas operating in the drink machine. Bathroom was rank. Attitude towards customers trying to throw their trash away or orderingwas atrocious.
