Customer service/cashier was not informed about what kind of patty was on the whopper and told me to look at the board and... proceeded to be unprofessional. I did not trust the faculty making my sandwich at that point I really wanted to eat their but Ihad to go with my gut. Can't trust people acting like that. Read more
I waited almost 15 minutes in the drive through, now one else in the line, for my food. The order turned out wrong and cold.... Whoever's running this location is a clown. Read more
Could not use the app. They wouldn't let us. Why do you have it if it says we can use it on the app and the store manager says... we can't. It really defeats the purpose of having. We waited a long time in line then the food was cold which I don'tunderstand. I understand covid and almost impossible to get employees, I could have dealt with that. But not being able to usethe app for coupons I don't. I go go burgerking a lot. I love the flame broiled burgers I always have. But I hate not beingable to use what I know I can use. Read more
Because it's in a rest stop, all of the prices are marked up what they usually would be. This was the only selection of food at... the rest stop, so we had to eat here. Quality of food was okay, typical Burger King. Good fries and onion rings, burger getscold if you wait to eat it too long. Read more

Went through the drive through this trip so I can't comment on the physical aspects of the restaurant but the staff were... appropriate and got me through the line quick. Problem is that the food was dry and just didn't taste good. So the 2 stars forthat. Read more
Stopped out of necessity on the PA turnpike. We were so hungry... then we were so disappointed that we didn't chose one of the... other fast food counters. My chicken sandwich was just bad, and my husbands order was messed up. Oh well... live and learn. Oh,the service, don't really remember anything so it must not have made a very good impression on me... except for the fact that Ihad to wait for my miserable order. Read more
