To begin with, they have a call center they take your info then they transfer you to the store you want! The pizza never came... and was late for work! I call on my way to work and found out that they had the wrong address! I ask to deliver it again. Andwhen the puzza came it was only one not two and the deal was any pizza for 5.99 w delivery 6.99. I got charged $24.88 for onepizza and found out the next day of that when i got my change back!! Thats why I always order from Pizza Hut! Not again. Read more
I feel bad for making this review, but not as bad as my stomach after eating what they gave me. First of all, it took 30 minutes... for the driver to deliver my pizza after quality check was complete. Secondly, my pizza was sooo cold. And lastly, my lava cakeswere burnt on the bottom. Beware! They do give receipts for your deluvery purchase. Twice, they have shown up with a delivery without a physical receipt... after paying over the phone with a credit card. The first time I accepted a photo but the second time after telling them I willcontact corporate, me calling them 3 times, someone from their franchise calling back to dissuade me from getting a paperreceipt and waiting almost an hour, they are about a 2 blocks away, I FINALLY got one. I was hosting a wedding preparation and people gothungry, the first thought that came to my head Dominos pizza. I went online,... retrieved three medium FREE two toppings pizza in a click of an eye, added some pasta and wings, added some drinks and the partguest were served in a matter of 15 minutes. Great last minute solution that is always handy and, on the budget! Love it! Read more

Ordered 2 pizzas from here, one pizza was cooked, the other one was not cooked all the way through. They gave me a half baked... pizza. The cheese wasn?t melted and the toppings were sliding off. I called and told them, the employee said she?d remake it & Isaid OK! I was fine until she asked for the pizza back!! WHY would you ask for a pizza back that has already been contaminatedduring a pandemic?! Like sooo gross!! I don?t want food from here, just want my money back. So I asked for a refund & then shetells me that I won?t be able to get a refund until tomorrow....????? I?ve never had any issues until now. Just completely weirdcustomer service. Every time I order here there is an issue. I really wish that were not the case because my children love Dominos. If "quality... control" time frame actually meant quality control with the manager checking the order before it went out for delivery I thinkthat they would see huge difference in their ratings. How does a cheese pizza = spinach and olives?? Please, I beg the managerto take note of these reviews. I would love to want to order from your location but after this issue we may be done. Read more
