I ordered on the app and was notified my order was ready. I proceeded to pick up my order and once I arrived at the store the... staff was unaware of the status of my order. After a brief moment of confusion, they realized the delivery driver had taken myorder. They called the driver and they returned to the store to drop off my order. I was handed the order by the nice cashierand I left with my food after a considerable wait. Unfortunately, the staff was unable to communicate effectively due to mySpanish not being great. Honestly this is by far the worse papa John's I've ever ate at is spent $33 on a cold hard pizza and uncooked wings the pizza... was so nasty and hard when I called to tell the manager he said the bread was new so it couldn't be hard which was weird to mebecause it absolutely was hard and nasty. I order pizza here often. Quick and very fresh. They are friendly and do everything to please the customer. Always buy a two... liter bottle of strawberry lemonade by Dole to go with our meal and a few garlic sauces. Read more

I really like Papa Johns but I usually order from a different location. I was visiting my mom and we decided to have some pizza.... My bad for not reading the reviews before placing the order. Horrible experience. To start, the wait time was from 50minutes toan hour. I called to make sure they had the right address because the system would not allow me to put "west". They said thedriver was 7 to 10 minutes away. 25 minutes later and the driver had not yet arrived with the pizza. Called 7 times and noanswer, they would just kept putting me directly on hold. Horrible customer service! Pizza arrived 30 minutes after they said itwas 7 to 10 minutes away. The pizza was almost cold and we ordered soda and it was warm. Never ordering from here again.
