Always something at this location, cashiers/managers volunteer to round up your bill to avoid change, now sitting in parking lot... for 10 minutes and it says they open at 11 and doors are still locked. People are coming and leaving. Read more

The fact that the lobby is never open at 9 pm is annoying because the amount of times this place gets an order wrong is u... believable. Especially after sitting in a long drive thru line. Too many times getting a combo and them forgetting the sides. Orbeing asked to pull up to the front to wait on someone to bring your food out and them completely forgetting your outside so youhave to get back in line to get your food. I can?t tell you how many times I?ve ordered one thing only to find something different in my bag than what I ordered. There?s... no dine in right now, so they are only serving one customer at a time. To make matters worse, they don?t answer the phone so I?mforced to wait in the drive-thru line again to correct the order because their doors are locked. To top it off they charge ustwo dollars more because they don?t have a special for the same price and ask us for the chicken that we touched to exchange it.No customer service. They should have exchanged the order for the same cost or left us with the old order after the hassle, atthe very least. Now, I?m wondering if they are serving that chicken to another customer. ????
