Ordered sandwich on Uber eats. Didn?t come with any sauce on it. Called them like 10 times. They answered the first 2 times and... pretended to not be on the line. Ignored all the other calls. Just wanted another sandwich since they messed up my order. Foodtasted fine would have been better if done right. Terrible service overall. Read more
Only 5 people were eating when we were there. Took 10 minutes to be seated. The waitress did not EVER ask us how our food was... and never offered any refills on our drinks. We will NEVER go back again. Read more

The wait for food here is always really slow..we waited about 25 min this most recent time, and our appetizer came out after our... entrees! but that's how it is at every BWW I've ever been to. The food is somewhere between "fine" and good. They seem a bitunderstaffed but the wait staff that are working are the best part about the place. Friendly people who pay attention. The stars are mostly for them. It is an OK bar/restaurant and would work well for a group. Read more
I ordered takeout. The staff helping me was like, oddly aggressive? I did feel shamed by her for ordered food and showing up and... she cursed at me a few times as well as other patrons. My order was wrong so I had to go back. When I got the new order, it wasalso wrong so when I finally got the correct food, it had been probably an hour and half total or waiting. Very medicore whichis fine- I was expecting that- but the experience was pretty bad unfortunately. I don't like to comment on staff usually becausethey're most likely overworked and underpaid but I definitely felt pretty insulted lol Read more
After waiting 10 minutes for our wings, my mom's wings did not come out with mine. I began to eat and nearly 15 minutes later... her food came out. Our waitress, Jasmine, told us she felt bad about the long wait for my mom's order so she gave us an exactcopy of my order, 10 wings with fries, and didn't charge us for those wings or my mom's order. This is a great place if you love chicken wings. I really loved there so many varieties of sauces mild to devilled spicy. The... staff was friendly and so dedicated. The atmosphere was really good and relaxed. We could spend really good time there. Read more
If I could give a "0" I would! Very very poor waitressing, poor communication between the staff and poor customer service. It... took 15-20 mins to greet us at the table. Then she forgot our appetizer. She forgot one of the beers and then we ended up withdouble beer in the end because the staff manager and waitress didn't communicate so well. The location was not busy, I haveseen it much busier than this and service be HECK of a lot better!! I had 2 international visitors with me and was embarrassedof the service!!
