Cashiers are always friendly, however the kitchen staff leaves much to be desired. Today I came in for a pizza order and the... lady didn?t even ask my name, didn?t say a word to me, just handed me a pizza that said Paid Online? a less honest personcould?ve definitely just walked in and gotten handed a free pizza. Door dash stole our pizza order! Due to corporate rules they knew something was wrong and couldn?t stop the fraud delivery. When... the order was canceled by door dash. I called. System didn't process my rewards, staff offered no solution and just started at me and expected me to pay more for my purchase.... I was so appalled they didn't want to cover the difference for the system error that I asked to return the purchase. The cashierimmediately started throwing a little tantrum, and proceeded to angrily do the rest of the transaction. Did not offer me myreturn receipt which i had to ask for and called me wasteful. When I asked to speak to a manager because of her attitude sheclaimed to be the manager. Hope Casey's is not ok with this location not only treating customers terribly and not honoringrewards, but also deciding to waste pizza instead of just refunding the rewards difference. No wonder they have the lowest mapsrating I've ever seen for a Casey's. Read more

I used to love this one. Then today, when a product rang up wrong the manager was rude and tried to offer us a free fountain... drink instead of the 6$ difference. Do a better job of pulling your old sales signs. Btw, we are grieving a deep loss. Read more

For some reason at this Casey's the pumps won't give a receipt, you have to go inside, it's been this way for months on all the... pumps, and employees don't have any idea if it will ever be fixed. It defeats the purpose of pay at the pumps when you have togo inside and wait in line to get a receipt. Nobody acts like they have any interest in addressing this. Read more

Clean store ,but wasn't any hot food. And I know that some supplies are hard to get but I'm pretty sure that they should not... have empty refrigeration spots. And the shelves looked somewhat bare. I love going to Casey's and I use my rewards all of thetime but this Casey's needs a little help. P.S. the cashier was so spaced out that she didn't even give me the correct change . I BET HER REGISTER WAS SHORT. I really hate giving bad reviews so please fix these problems. Read more

This place is by far the worst Casey?s I?ve ever been to. The fact that it is rather new and yet I continually See them cover... every pump and put up signs saying they are out of fuel is ridiculous. This is a common occurrence for this location. As ifthat?s not sad enough, good luck with anything you go inside for. How does a gas station run out of soda and snacks and otheritems constantly. Whomever does the ordering for this location needs serious training. Rude, immature staff and lack of fuel orsupplies?. Definitely unacceptable for this type of town and for having a great location. I was excited to have a gas stationcloser to home but, turns out It?s not any better. Read more

Would like to report that the gas pumps are more frequently out of order. The street sign still lists a price but there is some... issue with the pumps going down. This has become more regular over the past month or two. They have gas but the system goes out.I suggested they turn the street sign off and also simply take the fuel price down from google and Casey?s app. Was told thatcorporate doesn?t have the ability to do that. Seems more like they don?t want to put the effort into customer service. Wouldnot recommend! Read more
