I'm reviewing food for awhile, this specific location was the best so far from Chili's locations, but cannot give 5 star for... different reasons. One, side we ordered was roasted street corn, we received garlic bread. Second, and one important from mypoint of view was the sauce. Barbecue sauce was VERY salty, like was just salt, no way you can eat that, and mustard honey saucewas like diluted with water, no taste of mustard or honey. Sweet tea was so diluted that I have to ask for sweetener. The FOODwas good, smokehouse big combo, fries. As soon they will update the rest I will be back, until then is a No no. Read more
Pleasant experience. Ordered online and waited at the to go counter cuz I got there early. The staff were friendly and... everyone asked if I had been helped ? and each knew the status of my order and assured me it was almost ready. My Sister and I had lunch today 9-8-22. Our waiter Mike was top notch!! The Queso Burger I had was the best Burger I've had for... several years. Fast, courteous service, and great atmosphere. Thank You for the great lunch. I am from Texas visiting. Try itout. Read more
This place has really gone down the last couple years. I know we had a ? pandemic ? but service should not be affected or food... quality. Food prices went up but quality has gone way down. Ordered margarita with the most amount of salt on the rim ? it wasfalling in the drink. Wife couldn?t drink it to salty. My bbq brisket burger was awful! I took one bite and told my wife it wasterrible and way to saucy with the cheapest tasting sauce available I?m sure. I did not complain?. Paid my $40 and left a tipfor the server. But told him I will not bring this food home at all . This place needs to get it together and do way better! Ifnot get a manager that will train these people better. I'm not sure why they keep this server Michael. He does not pay attention to his customers and takes a lot to get a second drink... from him. My dinner tonight was barely hot and my lousy waiter had issues with giving me a paper receipt . The next time I gothere I really hope I never see him again. I keep retrying this location but I'm done. I waited 7 months to see if maybe staff would change but it's no better. Have had... several previous orders for curbside in which the burger was slathered in mustard, burger sliders burnt or cheese curds weresoaked in grease. Yes, for the most part, incidents were reported. Today my slider's edges were burnt, not leaving much of aburger that was edible. It was covered in onions which I had asked to be taken off and the cheese curds had so much seasoning,they also were inedible. Read more
The food was wonderful and the staff was very friendly. We ordered and split two big mixed appetizer sets, and it was more than... enough food for our table without needing to order actual meals. Read more
UPDATE: The service has gotten better. The food is always right now. They may not always remember your drink but at least they... get the food right now. Not all the waiters are friendly but it is what it is, at least they do their job. Buffalo wings arereally good, cheeseburgers are good, the Philly cheesesteaks have absolutely NO Seasoning of ANY kind on them! So u MUST addsome salt. The curly fries with white queso loaded are really good! We just tore them up too fast to get a pic! Totallyrecommend those n the wings Half the time your food is right. The margaritas NEVER have the correct amount of alcohol in them!It?s just margarita mix ???? UPDATE: I have been here several times since leaving this review & they have been doing better.Food is not always correct but less mistakes are made & the food is good!
