Loved my bowl!

Got my usual, chicken bowl with rice, beans, cheese, corn, salsa, lettuce. I was so hungry for some Chipotle, until I had my... first few bites. Chicken was cold even though it was a five minute drive from the location to my house. Plus, there were a fewbites that looked like chicken but turned out to be rubbery cartilage. It was also very bland as well like they forgotseasoning. The rice was also undercooked, and still had semi-hard grains, which is different than the fluffy texture it usuallyhas. For Chipotle, which has had consistent quality at various locations, this was very disappointing. I don't think I'll beeating here for a while. Read more

The grossest place I have ever eaten and I have had street food in Mexico. Everything about this place was gross and dirty. The... bathroom, the tables, the glass sneeze guards, and even the staff's clothing and aprons. The food in the containers at thecounter looked as if it had been sitting there untouched for days. Nothing looked fresh, and the beans had a dry layer on theirtop. Every time someone asked the tall kid (based on other reviews I assume his name is Chris) who was making the food forcheese, he would lazily walk to the back to get a handful: same with queso. The kid obviously hated his job and did not want tobe there. When I went up to the counter to ask for salt, he looked at me like I was nuts. I repeated myself, and he responded,"I know what you're asking." After asking another staff member, he turned to me and said. "If there isn't any out there, then wedon't have any." After a long day on the road, I needed a safe and clean place to feed my family. That's exactly why I feltcomfortable choosing chipotle. I was wrong. I should have gotten us out of there when I noticed that the hand sanitizerdispenser was bone dry while we were waiting in line. Read more

Had some really fatty chunks of steak today, which I have never had this issue at this location or others. Today, most pieces... were down right challenging to chew while others were pure chunks of fat and truly impossible for me to eat. The chips alsotasted rather stale. Unpleasant, but I know this is not the typical experience. Normally I would give a 5 star, but today it's a3. I did get a nice portion of guacamole so that helped the score move up from a 2! Chris needs to be fire immediately! Came in 15 minutes before closing with two ladies walking in right before me. He took about... 10 minutes piling her order so large the ladies asked to take a picture of it. He walked up to me after still 5-10 minutesbefore the store closed and told me he couldn?t serve me after I watched him make this ladies giant order. Kristopher has a major attitude problem. He was rude, came across as threatening, and my order was wrong. He acted as though it... was a huge hassle to take the order. He is absolutely convinced that he is the greatest person that has ever been born. Read more

We ordered pickup for a certain time and it took them over 50 minutes to get it to us. The workers had the worst attitudes even... though they took 50 minutes to make our order, didnt update is on anything, and proceeded to mess up our order and forget anentire meal we had already bought. When we brought it to their attention they took their time to make it and proceeded to get aneven worse attitude. Read more

Normally have no issues but tonight, we ordered through GrubHub (as we always do) and it was pushed back an hour and a half past... its original delivery time. When I called the store to ask why, they picked up then hung up on me. Didn't say a word. Iunderstand they might be short staffed or our of product due to shortages but, at least have the decency to speak to yourcustomers and explain the situation. Read more
