Chipotle is an incredible franchise and the customers should have the privilege of having the same experience every time they... visit a Chipotle restaurant no matter the location. This specific Chipotle location does not offer what is advertised and thefood served tastes different from I recognize as a Chipotle bowl. The iconic Chipotle cilantro lime rice is served as a blandwhite rice with no hint of lime of cilantro and even worst not seasoned with salt. The portions vary from customer to customer.Chipotle is my favorite fast food franchise but I can call this location Chipotle because it simply isn?t, its a cheap versionwith the same price. Great place to get a decently healthy and hearty meal. Extremely fast. The line could be at the door and you'll be out of there... in minutes. Parking lot sucks no lines, really small, good luck if you need to turn around. Read more
went to pay and used a reward for free chips and queso. card goes through the first time but the cashier said the payment didn't... go through (it was "cancelled"). try to scan my reward again because apparently i need to pay again. she looks at me and says"it says it's already used". yeah. you just saw me use it the first time, maybe that's why it's not going through this time.manager comes over after 2 minutes and it gets resolved. i have to pay again for some reason. leave and go home. look in the bagand there are two receipts. i also get charged twice on my bank account. i don't know what just happened but it ruined my day.thanks chipotle! great experience! my bowl was also half full! Big shout out to the Chipotle on 23rd Street in Lawrence, KS. I have certain foods allergies and whenever I go in there and let... them know, they are more than happy to change their gloves, the utensils for the items I like in my bowl, including usinguntouched Cheese. They are very nice and courteous. They don't grumble or get an attitude like some places I've been. They goabove and beyond for every customer. Didn't care for it. Food was OK but of the five/six people working on the line, maybe got a smile from two of the servers. We... did get one have a great evening. I?m a long-time Chipotle fan. I ate my first burrito from Chipotle in 2001 and have eaten there nearly weekly since then. I... still love the food, but I?ve had enough of them skimping on the meat while continuing to raise prices. The attached picture ismy chicken burrito bowl with all of the chicken picked out and sitting in the foil lid. This was an online order, which was alsosupposed to include cheese. There was no cheese in my bowl. I?ve given this a chance several times but I?ve had it. Why can?tthey get the online orders correct? Why can?t I get the same amount of meat that I get when I go through the line? I?ve had it.Fix it, Chipotle. You?re losing customers. Update: Three months later I decided to give this Chipotle another chance. Insteadof ordering online and picking up I went inside and went through the line. The burrito I got was really good. Plenty of meat,good flavor, and very fresh. I still am gun-shy about ordering online because I think there's something to be said for thecustomer watching the meal being constructed. I think it makes the worker think twice about how they make it, as opposed torushing through an online order with no one watching. I'll give it a shot at some point. Read more
