I get a large vanilla cone there all the time. The inconsistencies on size are just ridiculous! Every once in awhile I get a... normal size large. Lately they have been extremely small and if I comment on it the lady at the window gets offended andcombative. My Blizzard wasn't flipped upside down...probably because it was already partly melted. Also there were nuts in my cherry chip... Blizzard which was not supposed to have nuts in it. Thanks goodness I wasn't allergic to them. Read more

We celebrated a friend?s birthday at this DQ. It?s one of our traditions we?ve been doing for about 20 years at a DQ. Besides... the great food, it was the staff that made our celebration extra special. They treated us wonderfully and made the Birthday Girlfeel like a Queen. Highly recommend this place. Read more

Everytime I have gone to this DQ since the other one here in Lawrence closed my orders have been wrong. Every single time. The... first time I talked to a manager she made it seem like it was my fault that their app didn't get my order right and told me theydon't get app training. This time they mixed up the ketchup and the steak sauce, the fries were soggy and cold, and we didn'tmake it home with our sundae. Of course since the DQ closest to us is closed we have to drive acrossed town to go back and havethem fix it. I MISS THE MASS ST DQ!! Read more

I?m here all the time for doordash. Customer service is usually great, orders are usually good. But as soon as you walk in, you... are hit with a horrible smell. It?s all in the lobby and it smells so bad. It doesn?t even smell like trash it smells likereally bad b.o . And it literally takes up the whole lobby area. So we pull up to the drive through, order 3 things, and scan in our app which has a debit card attached and a coupon. We are... handed our things as well as a pup cup and told by the man at the window to have a good day. We drive down to the end of theparking lot and stop to give our dog his pup cup and a heavy set girl comes running towards us yelling " you have to pay foryour food!!" So my husband rolls down the window and says " I'm sorry, i thought we paid in the app" ( we have done this atplaces like mcdonalds and taco bell multiple times with no issue) she says " No, you did not" so he gives her our debit card,she goes back inside to run it and comes back out with our card and reciept. I look at it and ask " why did we get charged fullprice? We had a coupon" to which she r esponds something to the effects of " oh, i had to re ring everything up manually becausewhen you scanned through the app and drove off it cleared the transaction out." She apologized and offered to give us a freeonion ring on our next visit for the trouble. First off, we did not drive off. If we had she would not have been able to catchup to us at that point . Second, we found out a little later that we did indeed get charged twice through our card, and that'sprobably why the transaction cleared itself out and confused her. On top of all that my ice cream was melted inside my containerand spilled while on the way home. I should have known not to come back here as the first time we went to this store, uponopening the dining room doors..we were greeted by servers yelling at each other behind the counter about how their only linecook had quit mid shift and none of them knew how to make anything themselves. I'm on the phone with my card company nowregarding the double charge because both myself and my husband have worked in the food service industries in the past and iabsolutely can't handle interacting with someone who gives off the impression that they may not know what they are Read more
