Open sign was on but the doors where locked. I called and she said to do delivery so I went to do delivery and it said it was... done for the night. I called back and told all that and she said quote"delivery is closed but the doors are unlocked all thedoors are unlocked." I also have a picture of a APP50 for 50 percentage of online apps order. We've had some Domino's challenges in the past... but lately...and our most recent order was spot-on! The pizza was prepared... faster than estimated and was the most evenly and perfectly cooked I've seen from any pizza joint. Ordered two Medium Pizzas, One Hand Tossed Crust and the other was Thin Crust. Both Pizzas were okay but the crust was mixed up... on the order. Read more
Boyfriend ordered food we both have worked at a pizza place we know how it’s made the pizza was horrible the cheese wasn’t... even melted still a whole block and the jalapeños where so raw it was crunchy he’s literally putting it back into our oven tocook it and she refuses to give us our money back and for a remake said “oh it’ll just come out like that again” horriblecustomer service it’s partially overcooked on some parts and undercooked on others. Decent food, bad service. One night I ordered a pizza and some lava cakes with icing, didn't get the icing with the order. No... problem, I order just some lava cakes and icing another day and tell them I didn't get the icing the first time, and ask if Icould get another one with this order. The guy at the register looks at me for a solid 5 seconds, eventually says "NO" sortaloudly, and continues looking at me for a while before saying "unless you wanna pay for another." I say no, pay for my cakes andhead out. Honestly, just go to Minsky's, their pizza is only a little bit pricier there and they have a lot more interestingspecialty pizzas than here. Read more
I am a first time customer of Dominos. I recieved an email while sitting in the store for almost 10 minutes that my order was... ready for pick up but it was not. Almost 10 minutes later it was ready (an hour plus after being ordered). I could hear a guywith a Dominos visor who appeared to be attempting to direct the chaos yell out several times my order was ready but he didn'thave the stuffed cheesy bread with spinach and feta because the other employees weren't labeling the cheesy bread. Afterdriving 15 minutes home we started to dig in to the food and much to my pregnant wife's surprise the cheesy bread had jalapenosin it... clearly mistaken for spinach and feta by the staff. Also, we didn't recieve the garlic dipping sauce we ordered andpaid 60 cents for, not a big deal but I was excited to try it with the pizza. The lava cake was smashed in and flat with thefilling spewing out... despite this it wasn't terrible. Overall a disappointing experience with a botched/incomplete order, Idon't think we'll be back, not worth the $30 we spent. Read more
