Honestly, don?t waste your time going to this location. The workers are incompetent, so the line is usually extremely long. They... never get my order right and for some reason their app never works when there is a promotional offer of any kind (like freecoffee with a purchase for national coffee day), but it magically works every other day. They are just cheap and stingY. Theymake you call corporate dunkin instead of trying to help you with any issue. They didn?t even give me a straw with my icedcoffee :) Read more
Every time I've driven by, only the drive through has been open and occasionally it's backed up so far that it's impeding... traffic on 23rd. Unacceptable. Read more
Something about this location is just different. The people who run it must take a lot of pride in their work because the donuts... are ALWAYS fresh, the coffee is always spot on, and no matter how long the line is, it always moves super fast! Definitely go tothe location on 23rd street if you're a Dunkin regular like me. Read more

I love that even though the line for drive-thru was out to the street, my order was correct and the line moved quickly.... Breakfast sandwich was definitely better than the one I've tried at Starbucks. Coffee always yummy. My only suggestion would beto put the cream cheese on the side for the bagel. When I opened mine, I had to try to spread the cream cheese on the one sideit came off of. As you can see, I still wasn't very successful. Great deals on the app! Read more
