I called because they were to close in a hour and I was about 20 minutes away and wanted to be sure they still had cookies... before I began the drive. The employee that answered the phone told me there were plenty, but that she could put an assortmentof my cookies aside for me just in case. That was very nice and thoughtful of her. I took a shot in the dark and called Eileen's from Alabama hoping I could get a birthday cookie delivered the same day. The... lady taking my order was so kind and considerate. I figured it would just be a generic happy birthday written on it, but theypersonalized it and added Mario decorations. It turned out so great! They sent me a picture and let me know when it wasdelivered. My son said it was delicious. Thanks for going above and beyond. I can tell customer service is a priority. Best "non-homemade" cookie that I've had in lawrence. Friendly employees, too. I had the oatmeal raisin. Sometimes they have... broken cookies for samples! Their frosting is all the same flavor but it is delicious because it has almond extract in it. Welove getting our free cookie each summer for finishing summer reading at the library! Read more
