Poorest customer service experience ever. Saturday October 29th 12-2:00am worst customer service ever, told me to ?fuck off? I... ordered boneless wings processed to charge me for ?wings? gave me BONE IN when I asked for BONELESS and then refused to make methe correct order, and also refused a refund. I?ve beeen a server and I still work in customer service and I would never treat acustomer like this. I?m so appalled this is very unacceptable behavior and very unprofessional. Greeted immediately. First timers so the server politely told us where menus were, how to order, etc. Food came our pretty... quick. Hot. Good portions. I'm assuming he was the manager- was present, seen, and interacted with us. Answered our questionswith confidence and knowledge. Overall- Sooooo freaking good!! Will definitely stop again! Read more
The food was alright not the best but ok. One day I went to pick up an order but I also ordered something else. The guy that was... on the front taking orders was so rude. He didn?t even say hi how can I help you. I told him I was there to pick an order and Itold him I was going to order. Well I started ordering and ask me a question he look annoyed. Then I asked him Can I please getmy receipt. He got it and throw it on the counter when I had my hand stand out to receive it on my hand. Then he walks awaydon?t even say sorry or thank you. So unprofessional. This was around 8:50pm 9/26. The funny thing is that they have a signsaying ?please treat everyone kind and respectful especially those that show up to their shift? but they don?t give that back.There has been other that are rude as well. Brief Review: A very interesting take on American food and I dig it. I will come back 4/5 Full: I believe, after my first... experience, that the new sandwich shop has indeed set itself apart from the rest. The sandwiches contain the most Americancomfort food you could ask for. Yes, the sandwiches contain the comfort food. Within the sandwiches you can get chicken fingers,french fries, mozzarella sticks, onion rings, and even jalapeño poppers. The service was pretty fast. There were 6 of us and the orders came out pretty quickly. The food? Very underwhelming. We... ordered 3 different sandwiches, a burger, and 4 kinds of wings. You definitely have to be impaired to enjoy the food there. Thesandwiches were bland and very unflavorful. The burger was pretty basic. The wings didn't have any seasoning and were simplydrenched in sauce...way too much sauce IMO. The friends were the breaded kind that I don't particularly car for, but others maylove. The best thing in the menu? The fried Oreos. This will likely be the first and last time I'll be visiting that place. Read more
I've only has the fried cheesecake bites so far, but they were great! The strawberry sauce and chocolate sauce with it were... really good too. The inside of this restaurant is very nice and clean too. Read more
Went here on a recommendation. The concept of this restaurant (freezer section fried food on a bun) is unique, just not my... style. I can buy all this stuff from a grocery store for cheap and make it at home. The fried pickles (spears) were boring.Nothing you can't get at any other fast casual restaurant. I got a small Fat Shack. It had 1 chicken tender in it. 1 onion ring,2 jalepeño poppers, 1 mozzarella stick, a good amount of cheesesteak (just shredded beef) and a TON of fries for filling. Itried 5 different sauces (ordered on the side). Even they couldn't cover the blandness of the food. The golden bbq was the mostunique. Eating here is a carb overload.
