As much as we enjoy firehouse tonight's experience killed the vibe. After repeating our order 3 times, we still had a messed up... sandwich. Simply asked for turkey, mayo, mustard,black olives lettuce and cheese. Seems simple except the two employees seemedto be too high to even make the sandwich right. Even after asking for the few things missing on the sandwich the employeeswalked in the back and came back out while we were still waiting. Even the manager on duty seemed to be in the same mode as theothers and seemed no care that our meals were messed up. Not even so much as a we can fix that for you. The employees had nocare as to what they were doing and even the manager just sat there and had no idea what they were doing. Yes it's easy to messup a meal however it's simple to fix it especially if you have to repeat your order 3 times. Not to mention making sure thecustomer has what they need when they ask for what's missing on the sandwich. Lack of motivation and care for the customer willdefinitely detour the people to better sandwich shops. Read more
I left the place a few weeks back cause while the manager Jenni was and is an AMAZING manager truly a only of a kind I certainly... will not find another caring one like that, but when I had a medical emergency all she was focused on was me providing proof no?oh I?m glad your ok? or anything like that and so I just left, but this is a great place to work and a great place to eat Read more
Sat and waited for our food for over 20 mins. It was one sub and a soup! Not sure what takes so long. They also double... charged us and had to refund us. They didn't think they did but I pulled my bank statement up and had to show them. Also theycharged two different amounts and wanted to refund the cheaper amount...no thanks, that was on you. Not the end of the worldbut after all that time they put onions on the sub even after they asked and I had to clarify 3x that I don't want onions! Would not recommend this place. Delicious and awesome flavor combos with plenty of toppings, but the prices are truly ridiculous!!! I'd be a more frequent... customer if I wasn't having to pay $20 or more per person to feed everyone a sub and side salad. Read more
I?d like to call ahead since they take 20 min to make a sandwich, but unfortunately they take the phone off the hook so no one... can call. This is the 3rd time I?ve experienced this. I showed up at 1130. 2 people in the restaurant, and 4 people behind thecounter. When asked about why they won?t answer the phone, i immediately got a bunch of bad attitude from the little punksworking. very filthy and gross in here, smells weird and there are like 3 people working and they?re just sitting around and walking... around. been waiting too long for a sandwich. the floors are disgusting and crummy and the tables are sticky and gross. thebathroom was also gross. looks like the place hasn?t been cleaned in 3 years and the windows look disgusting. i am one of 2customers in here and it shouldn?t have taken that long for 2 of the same sandwiches to be done. over all the place is quitedisgusting. the sandwich was very good but first time the bread has ever been cold and stale. Don?t bother. They prioritize online orders over walk ins. Took them 20 minutes to finally get me a meatball sub. It?s literally... five meatballs and two pieces of cheese on bread. Shouldn?t take more than a few seconds to make. They started telling peoplewho walked in behind me that it would be a 20 minute wait and most turned around and left. Which I would have left too. i am blown away i love firehouse subs with my whole heart and soul. i don?t know how i?ve lived this long and never had a... firehouse sub. awesome people, awesome place, awesome service, awesome food i just love firehouse subs. and the sandwich itselfwas the most beautiful thing i have ever tasted. like truly. such a great place like i will be back tomorrow i love firehousesubs.
