I've been here a few times now. The food is pretty consistent and pretty good. Not amazing, but not bad at all. There are... definitely some interesting menu items that you don't have at regular IHOP, too. Atmospherically it's a very modern, welcomingstore. You can use kiosks or order in person at the counter. Special note, if you're like me and loved going to IHOP to workwhile ordering coffee or drinks you'll love this place. There is an outlet at every table, just about. Read more
Impressed by the options here. From pancakes to burgers and wraps. Bright dining space, comfy, open, clean. Fresh food, made to... order, with good portions. We ordered burgers and found then tasty, well made. Superb fries, warm and fresh. Only complaint isthe packaging. We planned to eat in, but our burgers came plastic to go containers designed for travel. The staff was friendly, and kitchen staff was quick and prompt. We plan to return and try other menu items. I was overcharged for the bacon burrito (menu price did not match item?s charged price before tax). It was delicious... though! Cool to visit a pilot restaurant. The extreme-white focused decor and intense lighting was a little off-putting. Thedecor and seating made it look like it was designed to sit down and relax, so that didn?t match. Maybe some warmer/dimmer lightsand more browns/tans would make it feel more welcoming. Read more
Wanted a LATE NIGHT snack! Great Spot I decided to go inside to order the customer service was impeccable. The food was hot and... fresh the atmosphere in cleanliness of the restaurant amazing. Success!! Totally love the concept and I believe they hit the mark. It is a mash-up of sit down & fast food. They do not have a... traditional drive they, but they do have order ahead and a drive up pick-up window. I have been to ihop countless times overdecades and I was not disappointed. Same fluffy pancakes and crispy bacon I have come to expect. From the time we ordered, toour delicious first bite was only about 10 minutes, not bad for real cooked to order food. I ordered the 2x2x2 and the price was$6.99. The same meal at the regular iHOP is $7.29. The kids meal was the same price $5.99 (with milk). The decor is clean andcomfortable, even a little quirky. It was also disabled friendly. The staff was super friendly and eager to answer all of ourquestions. We visited the weekend after grand opening, and expected there to be some things not yet worked out. That wasactually not the case everything was working very smoothly. I did notice and inquire about the lack of booster seats and highchairs, when I asked the owner about this, he said they are ordered and still waiting for them to arrive?. Dang shippingcrisis! My first visit here was great. My second visit was quite different. Bathroom and lobby were dirty, substituted items they... were out of without notifying their customers, and employees were on their phones. The food we did get was well prepared andfresh. Read more
