We chose this restaurant because of the variety of menu options for various family members, including an evening out for my... elderly mother. Some of us enjoyed cheese curds and steak nachos (nice and spicy) for appetizers, and macaroni and cheese andchicken, side salad, wedge salad, and cauliflower and Brussels sprouts (too oily) for the rest of dinner. Large portions. Serverwas friendly and attentive but inflexible. When asked to substitute chips for garlic toast (which my 89 year old mother cannoteat) she was told no substitution could be made but she could order something in addition. My mother did not want to spend moremoney (she insists on paying her own way) and was disappointed she was not able to be accommodated and that the toast went towaste, which bothers her a lot. The burgers here are amazing , the onion rings amazing. the only problem is the tacos especially the firecracker tacos are just... straight TRASH, over seasoned cabbage and balsamic with fried shrimp. NO THANK YOU. Read more
Was invited to a Professional networking event hosted by LYP. Great food and customer service was 100%. The orders consisted of... wings and fries, wrap with fruit. Lastly, Buffalo Mac and cheese ordered. This restaurant is a family friendly and professionalvibe. Our host was very professional and adaptable. Read more
We debated between this location and the one in Topeka. We were certain that this location would be better, but we were wrong! ... Where to even begin....(1) Our waitress' shorts were way too short and her cheeks were hanging out. (2) The waitresses areallowed to sit at a table and eat, be on their phones, etc. WHILE ON DUTY. I saw several eating food and then getting up tocheck on customers (without washing their hands). Sanitary? I think not. (3) Our food was hard....did it sit under the heatlamp too long? Luckily, we got a discount. (4) Our waitress didn't know how to count change. Bad experience. Next time, wewill go to Topeka. Read more
They had good food. A good menu to choose from. restaurant was clean and a good environment. Waitress was helpful.
Friendly and polite staff. Food is good. Great place to bring your dog. Just be aware that if you ask for ONE hamburger PATTY... for your dog not the meal, they will charge you for the ENTIRE meal which includes hamburger, fries and else, a surprise for ussince Old Chicago ONLY charge for a patty NOT an entire meal. Kind of sad, it's a nice place to spend time, love their outsideseating. Read more
Looks like a great menu. I enjoyed the flavors on the wedge salad and the tank 7 burger.
