They can never hear you in the drive-thru. They often get your order wrong or when you receive your order items are missing. But... it depends on who is working. They have good people and they have lousy people. Breakfast shift seems to have lousy people moreoften than not. Read more
Ordered chicken nuggets and got fish fillets??? Employee said they couldn't do two orders for one car, which I'm pretty sure is... just them being lazy. Also messed up the double quarter pounder order. It's worth driving the extra 10 minutes to the 31ststreet McDonalds, avoid this one. Read more
So, all McDonald's are the same. Annoyed workers who often mess up food, but we know to expect that and go anyway. HOWEVER, this... one is an exception. I go through the drive through about once every other week around 9pm, before rushing to night shift at thehospital (I know, as a nurse I should know better. Whatever, I like it.). I often make complicated orders they never mess up.(They came close, they almost gave me iced coffee on a cold day but kindly remade it hot without me having to ask!) and areALWAYS friendly. I do find it amazing that some of the drive-throughs are actually a lot of people a lot of restaurants fast food restaurants... still are closed to the public on the inside I want to say thank you to McDonald's they seem to always be open Read more
Make sure to check the bag before pulling off, they are always forgetting something you had ordered. Also their chocolate chip... cookies are stale and hard. Read more
Would give negative stars if I could. The manager will touch food with bare hands after touching money and screens, just to... proceeded to send that same food (that has been touched with tainted bare hands) out to a customer. And when the manager getscalled out about it by that customer, they refuse to serve them and also let their employee cuss you out too. Read more
I placed my mobile order 20 minutes before arriving at the store to pick up. We sat at the drive thru speaker for at least 10... minutes waiting for someone to speak with us. We then sat in the drive thru line for another 10-15 minutes waiting for our food.I then got home to enjoy my food and my burger was RAW. The burger was very pink and cold to the touch. The food was absolutelynot edible. After waiting 20 plus minutes for my food I expected way better. I took multiple pictures of my food as proof ofthis horrendous experience. This was DISGUSTING.
