Worst experience we've had in a long time. Rude manager accused my husband of having a fake ID. Poor service as our waitress... hardly checked on us. The food tasted horrible and stale and was certainly overpriced. Took home one of the cookies and ittastes stale and of expired chocolate. Will not be returning ever again. Read more
I appreciate the hard working and polite staff, which is why it's a shame they are wasted here. I get that the restaurant is... short staffed, but at that point it's incumbent on corporate to work with the franchisee and pay employees a fair living wage towork. Otherwise, the restaurant will continue to be short staffed. Went in around noon today, left at around 12:30 having noteven received waters, much less food orders. Not worth the time to wait around. Old Chicago is a little pricy for what it is but we had a great experience and our server was attentive. The Mozzarella Sticks... were fantastic, maybe some if the best that I have had. The Thai pie pizza was excellent. I was nervous about how all of theflavors would come together but the ingredients were well orchestrated and in turn the pizza was deliciouslyflavorful. Overall, I would return just to order those mozzarella sticks again and maybe even try a different pizza flavor! Read more
Great experience all around!! The food was good, atmosphere perfect for a summer early evening and Emma our waitress was a rock... star!! We had a party of 8, including two littles 3 and under. She never missed a beat and kept us all happy. Never had toask for drink refills, brought kids meals out quickly etc! Thank you Emma!! Read more
We had Old Chicago cater our monthly office lunch in May and they went above and beyond for us! The food was delicious, and not... only did they have it ready on-time (which was a challenge because I contacted them the day before), but several of theiremployees got everything to my car. Our server was the bartender! He was very kind. I was having an off day and made some silly requests and he had no issues with... fulfilling them. I went as far as asking for another fork for my salad forgetting that I had my rolled silverware still. Hesmiled and said no problem. He was amazing! I wish I had his name.
