Not only is this the best fast/drive-thru Mexican place in town (and among the top 3 Mexican places overall), it is the best... fast/drive-thru Mexican place I've eaten at anywhere. Carne Asada fries are BOMB, however i’m giving 3 stars due to poor customer service every time i go… & The last time i was... there, i showed up 10 mins before close time bc i had just gotten off work and the guy that took my order was rude and then healso made the following comment to his coworkers: “Of course everyone f**ckin shows up when we are closing” not knowingthat his intercom was still on and I heard him. I felt bad so when i pulled up to the window, I apologized for showing up lastminute and he didnt even respond to me. Made me not want to go back EVER. :/ Read more
Husband got uncooked cheese enchiladas, served cold. “Guacamole” may have been green sour cream. Didn’t get the hot... sauce or any sauce we requested. Asked for two unsweetened teas, got warm sweet tea. Will not be returning. Read more
I get the breakfast burrito here with Pico and I love it. Haven't tried other menu options but for what I've had, it's good.... They give you extra sauces if you ask for it unlike other breakfast places that charge for it. Read more
First time at Pancho's and the burritos are quite large. I'm a big eater and this was enough to make me unfasten my belt. The... chorizo burrito is delicious. And if you are in the mood for some sweets then I definitely recommend the churros. Read more

Ordered over the phone, then called back and cancelled the order. However, they still debited my card and will now not return... the money. Ive called and sent emails. All ignored. I was told the manager is only there at 2 am and to call then. When I DOcall, they don't even answer phone anymore. Not happy at all. Read more
