Just went to pickup a pizza, person that was working said he was the only one there and had no staff said he would make the... pizza instead he just sat there cussing and talking to a pizza driver, then after waiting 20+ mins decided he was going to quit.Told everyone there that he was done not making food and we would get a refund. Bought a $20 gift certificate. My husband went to pick up pizza and was told upon check out that gift certificates can?t be... used in conjunction with store specials (ordered 2 pizzas for $22). So we were charged $34, then he used gift certificate. When I called to inquire why we couldn?t use a gift certificate (not a coupon!) on an in- store special, the manger told me ?I?mhonestly very busy right now, and need to let you go, if you?re only going to complain.? Ordered a pizza for ASAP pickup via their website. Was given 40-50 mins for the order to be ready per their tracking system. I... showed up at 45 mins and was told to come back one hour later. They are short staffed and have huge backlog of orders which isunderstandable during a KU game but nowhere do they communicate that the order is going to be delayed until I show up. Theemployee blames the website for wrong tracking info. I am not sure how I am responsible for their corporate issues. Would havepreferred if they did not accept new order so I would have ordered elsewhere. I wanted to support a locally owned franchise butthis is the customer service I get. I was enquiring if the order was eligible for cancellation and the employee canceled itinstantly without asking if it is okay with me, leaving high and dry without a dinner option at 8 pm. Pros: Love the breadsticks and garlic butter and the people who work there seem very kind. Cons: They seem to consistently take... forever to deliver. Tonight, I ordered this for my son?s sleepover. Online, it said it would take about an hour (original ETAwas 7:55). When I called after 8 to check on it, the phone system said 8:55. It ended up taking getting here around 9:30.???? Had to go pick up my own delivery order because they were so short staffed. This is the second time I have had to do this. ... When I arrived the pizza was cold also. I should have refused it? Their online ordering system way under estimates how long ittakes to make an order. I would stay away from ordering from here during busy times unless you like to wait almost 2 hours forcold pizza. We place a delivery order. Get an estimate of an hour and a half.........weather is nasty. Then a call with kids screening in... background after 90 minutes asking if we want to come get it or wait another hour and a half....when declining both options Iwas asked if I wanted a refund...like dah. That's the resolution? I understand weather...and the reality of service industrynow but I doubt I will ever order PJs again. Read more
Good pizza, they usually have a special always consistent and way better than Pizza hut. Located close to KU parking is a little... small but worth it for carry out. I wouldn't recommend eating inside as you come out smelling like the Pizza they bake and it'snoisy from all the Pizza making. Read more
I quit ordering as often because my call goes to a call center and the people on the other end don't speak English very well and... it's hard for me to understand. Whoever hired the call center should rethink that move. Read more
