I pulled into the drive thru at 6:25, when my order was supposed to be ready. When i finally get to the window at 6:30, I sat... for 20 minutes before anyone even came to greet me. (i already paid online so i wasnt going to leave) then i was told that theyhadnt even started it and if i pulled around to the front they would be out with it within 10 minutes. Came in to order calzones and salad !!! Was greeted with a rude I?m the only one working . The whole time the person was working... she was rude . Unfriendly and just plain obnoxious . On top of that instead of making a fresh salad she took a old salad andremoved the chicken for just a plain salad . The salad when we got it home was old and brown , was bad and threw it away . I ordered a Cowboy pizza for pickup. When I went for pickup, they told me they were out of mushrooms, which are supposed to be... on the Cowboy pizza. They did not offer a price reduction or a replacement ingredient. Full price, with fewer ingredients. They said, ?We just ran out of mushrooms, and there?s nothing we can do.?
