The pizza I ordered online was somehow not right when it came. Missing 2 toppings on one and the crust tasted like undercooked... flour. The second pizza was overcooked and toppings were burned and they were both cold upon arrival. I called the store andspoke to the lady who actually made my order (she said). I was never belligerent or disrespectful, I have worked in customerservice many years. She was unsympathetic and admitted that due to high volume, deliveries were not making it to theirdestinations "the freshest". I asked to speak to her manager and the manager told me that they would not be able to do anythingabout it and they wouldn't make special exceptions because of the way his worker was spoken to. They did everything and anythingto not make it right. So, I wasted 30+ dollars on pizza that went to the trash and had to find an alternative to feed my family.Bottom line, I will not be ordering from there again. I had never had a problem before today however, if that is how you arebeing trained to handle dissatisfied customer a for mistakes on your end.. better off not giving you my business. Read more

Ordered delivery and got cheese bread sticks, cinnamon sticks, a drink and wings. The delivery was fast and the cinnamon sticks... were good, but the cheese sticks were cold, the wings barely had any sauce on them, and they forgot my drink. I would orderdelivery from somewhere else. Read more
I don?t usually review chains, but this Pizza Hut is excellent. Perfectly made pies and they don?t skimp on the toppings. Look... at those beauties! The white sauce pizza was supremely delicious, and the spicy pepperoni was actually spicy! Get in my belly! Read more
Negatives: Ordered extra sauce on the pizzas for our last order and there seemed to be no sauce at all on them. The bread sticks... also seemed greasier than usual. But the near total lack of sauce on the pizzas is the main driver of the dissatisfied rating. Positives: The Cinnabon minis were excellent, and the order arrived fairly soon after we made it. Tried the melts at this location since the 23rd St location doesn't list them available to order for some reason. Wish they did.... Contacted PH online and didn't get help with that. The melt was pretty good. There was a ton of parmesan on it, not sure ifthat's normal. I was able to brush it off so that made it ok. I would probably drive ten minutes out of my way again for them.
