I used to love this this place for pizza the last two times I ordered the cheeseburger pizza it was so greasy the dough just... turns to much and the toppings separate? the first time I thought it was a fluke but I think I will be looking elsewhere. I would have given them a better rating most likely but I called before closing time and they advised me that regardless of what... their website says they were not running deliveries.... can't rate what they won't let me buy. Oopsie guys... Bad form andpoorly played... I would rate you 0 but it's not allowed. Was contacted by one of the higher ups for this establishment laterwho was very curious and professional. Excellent customer service and retention skills sir. A pity you don't have twins withidentical skill sets to train all the people under you. Every Friday at 7pm is pizza and wrestling at my place. Has been for a few years. On 04/22/2022 I called this location at... 3:50pm to place a order to be delivered at 6:45pm. Requested a Classico Italiano with white sauce instead of red and told thefemale who took my order I am allergic to tomatoes. I was calling them back when the pizza delivered at 6:17pm was a pepperoniand pineapple pizza with red sauce. Time to be delivered was to early and the wrong pizza. A male answered my 2nd call andimmediately took offense when I explained that the wrong pizza was delivered and put the same female back on the phone. She hada terrible attitude and immediately took a tone with me regarding the wrong pizza and wrong time for delivering. She told me togive back the pineapple pizza and a new would be out in 35 minutes. I asked if they could include some breadsticks for theinconvenience of the situation and she yelled "no" and hung up on me. A lukewarm "remake" arrived. Not sure if it came fromtheir kitchen or someone else's house, we threw it away and ordered from Casey's instead. 05/06/2022 We decided to try thislocation for our Friday Pizza/Wrestling one more time. We had earned the $10 reward. Call was placed and I was told the pizzawould arrive in 25 minutes. After 40 minutes I called this location and spoke to a male who defensively told me he personallydelivered my pizza to my door and gave it to my little girl ... I do not have kids. I explained to him that he delivered it tothe wrong door of our quadplex and he defended himself by describing the WRONG APARTMENT and when I asked him how he missed thedirections to our door, including the very large distinct patio fixture (that has been noted on our account unchanged sinceFebruary of 2021) he still insinuated that we got our pizza. The food is fine, I guess. But the employees don?t care about EatStreet orders and consistently get them wrong when transferring... them over to their own POS. Incorrect base sauces, ALWAYS missing extra dipping sauces that are PAID for. Good luck making analteration to your order. Read more

Italian sausage and pepperoni has a nice amount of heat. Just overall a really great pizza and excellent service-coming 30... minutes before estimated delivery time. I will order again and tell my friends!! Read more
I have ordered Sarpino's multiple times. Each time the food has been great as with the free delivery. However, the last 2 times... have not been remotely close to par.Last time they took almost 2 hours to deliver our pizza(we live less than 10 minutes away).I tried to be understanding and figured it was a one time thing. Then this time when we ordered we never even got our pizza. Iwaited till 10 minutes past the ETA that was provided via Eatstreet before calling. after a few minutes on hold they said theydelivered it. I went to see if it was there and it was not. I checked all parts of my apartment building and nothing. As I saidordered here multiple times and have had back to back poor experiences. Strongly encourage not getting delivery from here. Read more
