Came in and I sat down and let my client order her food (I let her be as independent as possible and only help or cut in when... needed). Then after waiting 5 minutes (not too terrible but there was no one ahead of us) the girl behind the counter told herthe "line started over there, opposite of the register". Well my client is elderly with a cane and it takes a lot out of her towalk and the register is close enough to the beginning of the line that she shouldn't have to move. Again she was first in lineanyway. So I'm sitting at a table waiting for my client to order and the employee looks at ME and asks what will she have. Isaid..why don't you ask her? I don't know what she wants, ask her. The employee then keeps asking questions like what type ofcheese does she want even though the #11 club comes with provolone! Just put what comes on the sandwich unless askeddifferently! Speaking of, my client asked for no lettuce, but the employee put lettuce on and when she realized so, she took thelettuce off the meat and put it back in the lettuce tray! That is cross contamination. You just had lettuce touching meat andsuch and you put it back?! It should have been thrown out. Then the employee calls for backup as there is now a line of 3 peopleand she's still making this sandwich. Just ridiculous. We won't be coming back. Read more
Sandwich was loaded with yummy toppings even though I wasn't sure it was going to be so at first.
Showed up at 8:55pm and employees locked door in faces.
I love ordering from here when Kat and Jenny are working. They are excellent listeners and make art out of sandwiches.
The food at Subway is always tasty but the only problem I have with them is their prices have gone way up over the past few... years. It used to be a bargain to get sandwiches here and I'd do so a couple of times a month but now I go to other sub shops toget more unique sandwiches for the same price. However, that is a comment about Subway as the restaurant chain. For thisparticular location, the only problem I have had was the last time I was here, I had to wait for about 30 minutes for my fooddespite the restaurant not being busy and I was already in the parking lot waiting for my curbside order. I have already had aconversation with the management about this issue via email and they have said they would resolve the issue, so I mention thisas an advisory for anyone who might experience the same in the future. Ordered through doordash & am not only missing a bag of chips but I ordered the Italian BMT & got this? how PATHETIC &... DISGUSTING! All I can taste is the mustard!!! This person obviously didn?t care at all! I will NEVER order from this placeagain!!! Read more

Excellent customer service, the staff handles a lot of stressful situations dealing with the unhoused and mentally ill... population that loiters in that shopping center. So all you one star reviewers need to get over your first world problems. Read more
