Best Subway experience I?ve ever had this evening (7/8/22). Sandwich was perfect as well.
Closed at 7:00 pm, we didn?t know because we ordered online. We show up at 7:02 pm and the door was locked and our subs were... sitting on the to go rack as the employees smiled at us, laughed, shut off the lights and left. We had paid $40 and neverreceived our food. And corporate has yet to reply to our emails about this. So terrible place don?t ever go. Will never ever eator get subway again. Read more
The workers there were busy but super kind. They had some other orders to attend to before ours and were working quickly. 10/10... would recommend (And if you like Pineapple pizza, try putting honey mustard on a meatball marinara.) Read more

This subway was amazing!! Best service in Lawrence my family is a large family and the lady working tonight was very kind and... nice she was not upset how big are order was and most of the time the workers are very rude! She was so kind and I was happythat their was no one upset over how the order was done! She was super busy but still made sure each customer was helped. Like Isaid amazing customer service. Read more
Its subway, the food is subway good but their ours are not correct on here. They close at 7am by what it says on the door but... they have been closed twice now before 6:30. Twice they have accepted orders off of uber eats just to be closed, not get ourfood and charge our card. Read more
I love Subway, but it's really easy to get a sandwich that's kind of blah. You need to be very thoughtful and careful about... making sure you request ingredients that you like and avoid those you don't. I highly recommend toasting your sandwich toelevate the flavor. The people working here at my neighborhood Subway are always really nice and never seem to be less thanhappy to be there. They're always happy to work with my special requests. The atmosphere is the typical spare furnishings asfound in every Subway. Prices seem to be about right for what you get, considering the recent bout of inflation. Read more
