Went in for a 6 in roast beef sandwich. the "sandwich artist" ripped open only half of my bread. when asked to fix or get new... bread I was told no. He piled on all the ingredient just in one spot of sandwich and would not fix that. When I opened mysandwich to eat. there was only 1.5 slices or meat on the sandwich. This location is a joke. Literally no one in the store? staff member seemed annoyed when I wanted to to take a second to review the menu since they have... those 12 new options they keep advertising about? made my selection. When it came to the toppings I asked if I could add mustardthe staff member shortly told me no it comes as listed can not customize. Food was ok but pricy for what it is. Over $10 for a fast food sub is just ridiculous. I originally wanted a meatball sub but... was told they were out and would need to prep more so I went with something else. For $12 or so after tax, I expect an entiremeal, not just a mediocre sub. Probably won't go back until food prices drop. Spent $23 for a wrap and footling sub which, forfast food, seems quite a lot. Read more
